In the second half of 2022, we commissioned WellDesignz Ltd to work with us to deliver an entirely new laundry in our home in Nelson. This included building construction, coordinating sub-contractors and arranging and installing cupboards, benchtop and new rimu door. Nathan Wells, principal of WellDesignz, project managed this work personally. The work was carried out to a high standard and met all our expectations within agreed timeframes. My name is John Macsmith. My wife and I purchased a property at Trafalgar Square Nelson in February 2019 and began planning an extensive renovation which would change the property completely.
