In the second half of 2022, we commissioned WellDesignz Ltd to work with us to deliver an entirely new laundry in our home in Nelson. This included building construction, coordinating sub-contractors and arranging and installing cupboards, benchtop and new rimu door. Nathan Wells, principal of WellDesignz, project managed this work personally. The work was carried out to a high standard and met all our expectations within agreed timeframes. We found Nathan to be highly reliable, thorough, good with detail and firmly keeping to commitments along the way. We would be happy to recommend him for similar renovation work.

My name is John Macsmith. My wife and I purchased a property at Trafalgar Square Nelson in February 2019 and began planning an extensive renovation which would change the property completely.

We have significant experience in renovations having renovated 10 properties in 3 different countries over 20 years. These properties have all been properties we have lived in so we are very particular about the quality of the work in particular the finishing.

This renovation comprised complete gutting and re building of 2 bathrooms, demolition and rebuilding of the kitchen, removal of walls, removal of some windows and general upgrades of the house.

We are thrilled with our new bathroom and laundry completed by Nathan and his team at Welldesignz. They took a rough drawing of what we wanted and transformed it into reality. Nathan was really good at communicating with us and we were really impressed with how easy the whole process was. The couple of small challenges that came up along the way (like us wanting a large inset mirror cabinet in a load bearing wall) were always solved quickly and with a good outcome.
